Starting as a franchise with Let’s Talk Institute eliminates all the hard work: finding a location, negotiating a lease, hiring reliable contractors and doing all this on-time and within budget. When decide to franchise with us, you are buying a complete turnkey business.
At Let’s Talk we have already-established a system in place that you must follow. These systems are designed to improve the overall productivity and increase revenue of each franchise. Having a proven system already in place eliminates the guesswork and errors a normal start-up would normally face.
Since there is an already established system in place, there is a higher likelihood of success. If you follow the system that Let’s Talk has put in place, you should be on your way to running a very successful English Institute.
With us there is usually no need to worry about advertising your franchise. As a franchisor we take care of handling the centralised brand awareness. You would always have an outline to follow to brand in your territory and our list of short-listed vendors that will have marketing services in place for you to use.
Franchising with Let’s Talk Institute would provide you with an exclusive territory right in which to do business. You would be entitled to a certain area and no other franchises (within your franchise system) can be open within that area.
Being a part of our franchise system we will always offer you more opportunities to grow within the system. Once you have become a successful Let’s Talk franchise, the next step is to become a multi-unit franchise owner. After you have one successful franchise open with a great management team you can focus time on opening a second location.
We are already an established brand, our corporate image and brand awareness is already recognized among students and corporates across the world. Students are usually more comfortable joining an institute they are familiar with and corporates working with companies they already know and trust.
We offer an Franchise owner induction training program that is usually held at our corporate offices or at an actual franchise location. As a franchisor we will train you to run your franchise exactly the same way as our company owned learning centers are run. This will ensure that you are running your business efficiently and will help to eliminate any common mistakes a new business owner usually faces.
When you franchise with us you are never alone. You will always be able to pick up the phone or have a video conference call and ask questions to us in case you get stuck with anything.

English is widely perceived in India as a valuable life and employability skill. Yet, the result of a global survey undertaken by British Council, suggests that out of a total of 54 countries that were surveyed, India ranked 14th under the English proficiency index with a third category level of “moderate proficiency” with countries above exhibiting “high” and “very high proficiency” . The potential market for English Language Training, therefore, is substantial. There are still a wide range of opportunities to start a English Learning center in India.
With the use of innovative learning system and new technologies, there are also opportunities for companies from related sectors, such as telecommunications and information technology (IT). The quality of English teaching in India is a big question mark. David Graddol in his book English Next India argues that India has to keep pace with global development of English or it may lose its edge over other developing countries. According to him, the spread of the language is being hindered by a shortage of English language teaching in schools. His report says Indian universities fall far short of rival countries in the quality of teaching and research, and “poor English is one of the causes”. Also, the report adds, it is “impossible” to improve standards of English without addressing the problem of “very low levels of academic achievement” of students studying in government and private schools. What comes out very clearly from the extensive research undertaken on this subject is that English language will continue to play an important role in India, which means that the English Language training business is here to stay and scale up.
English is the secondary official language of India and is widely used in national, political and commercial communication. However, the worrying factor is the relatively low quality of education with a huge gap between academic teaching and employability requirement. After having surveyed 55,000 students in 2015 we found that not even 3% were employable directly without further training by information technology (IT) companies. It’s also been observed that about 78% of those surveyed struggled in the English language . Let’s Talk Institute In India has been doing a commendable job trying to bridge the skill gap in the English language training market by working across the spectrum with consumers, government and business in India. We enjoy a strong brand image and work directly with stakeholders as a service provider and also partnered with British council administering their International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination in India. We at Let’s Talk are looking forward to integrate our English Learning system offering, to franchisees resulting in quicker time to market and achieving a wider pan-India reach.
