I had been working on my soft skills for 3-4 years as I felt that I have move up the ladder and communicate well to a wider audience. I had attended ouples of online and in-personal classes. A few of them helped them. Went to paid in-personal classes and toastmasters. But my communication skills had been stagnant. Major feedback I got feedback from coaching classes and customers is that I speak well but I have an Indian accent that affects my speech and at times not clear certain words.
